Believe in Yourself - An Inspirational Story

"The important thing is not being afraid to take a chance. Remember, the greatest failure is to not try. Once you find something you love to do, be the best at doing it. - Debbi Fields, founder of Mrs. Fields Cookies.

She is one of the few innovators and entrepreneurs to see their name become a product brand symbol of quality that is known and revered worldwide. Debbi Fields built her company from scratch with a 'never-before-tried' business concept in 1977 - the concept of selling cookies. When Debbi started, she was a housewife in her twenties with no prior business experience. Her passion led her to be one of the most successful business women of America. Debbi Fields led her company into the computer age, streamlining operations and production schedules with a state-of-the-art computer system. Her program to upgrade business operations is even used as a model for business efficiency at Harvard Business School.

Read about other women entrepreneurs who started their entrepreneurial journeys, in my book - Women Entrepreneurs.
